Just did these workouts that i posted earlier, damn, i feel great. :)

sweaty, but great :) try em out guys!

Butt workout

Core workout

Muffin top & thigh workout

plus i played “Brokenhearted” by Karmin and did:
1st verse: crunches

rap: bicycles

chorus: leg lifts

2nd verse: crunches

2nd chrous: sideways leg lift

Bridge(2nd rap): crunches

last chorus: (other leg) sideways leg lift

then i played “Want U Back” by Cher Lloyd and did:

1st verse: squats

all chorus’: calf raises

2nd verse: pile squats

and i stop at that annnnnnoying astro kids rap. :b

ahhh, but what a workout :)
